• DELIVERY: Our complete range of www.bertiwines-art.ch is aimed at customers within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

We do not deliver to other countries.

The wines are properly packaged and are then delivered by the delivery companies or Vinolog within 4/6 days.

The products are delivered to the address supplied on the order form by the customer and his/her signature is the confirmation of receipt.

• DELIVERY COSTS:

• 1 to 3 bottles: CHF 11,00

• 4 to 6 bottles: CHF 12,00

• 7 to 12 bottles: CHF 16,50

• 13 to 18 bottles: CHF 25,00

1. Complaints: Shortcomings and breakages need to be reported in writing within 7              days after delivery to www.bertiwines-art.ch.
   1. Returning any products must be agreed on in advance with www.bertiwines-art.ch.
   2. The acceptance of faulty items takes place according to article 197 and other of the Swiss law of obligation. At the same time, all bottles that are returned must still be ¾ full and sealed with the original cork.
   3. An inspection of the returned items will establish if the purchasing price is indeed repaid or not.
   4. The www.bertiwines-art.ch reserves the right to – after agreement – inspect the locality where the wine is stored in order to establish its suitability.
