Organoleptic characteristic: Ruby red color. Complex, pleasant nose with a note of tobacco, cocoa and liquorice. Ample, round palate with a very strong tannin that tends to become round and smooth while ageing in the bottle.
Productive cycle: The grapes are macerated without pressing and remain in stainless steel. Fermented for 2-3 weeks. At the end of fermentation the wine is aged in new French Oak Barrels where the mamolactic spontaneous fermentation continues.
