Organoleptic characteristic: “THE KING OF WINE, THE WINE OF KINGS”. It has a full and intense garnet color, a fruity and spicy aroma at the same time; both on the nose and in the mouth it reminds of small red fruits, cherries in spirit and jam; suggestions of dried rose and violet, cinnamon and pepper, nutmeg vanilla and sometimes licorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather.
Productive cycle: Destemming and wine-pressing. Vinification in steel barrels with remnants. Mlolactic fermentation. It must age at least 3 years, in addition to the 2 months following the harvest, of which one and a half is in oak barrels, and only after 5 months can it be called “Riserva”
