Organoleptic characteristics: On visual examination it is clear, bright ruby red and with a good consistency; the nose is complex and intense characterized by typical floral notes of violet and raspberry fruit. Characterized by simple and very pleasant taste balance.
Production cycle: Fermentation in steel vats for 12-18 days at a temperature below 27 °. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in cement tanks for the second fermentation. 12-18 months in 50 hl oak barrels and short refinement in the bottle.
